The Social Programme of the Conference will include:

• Welcome Reception on Wednesday, July 5 
  Venue: Lille Grand Palais (Symposium Venue)

Participation in the welcome reception is free of charge but subject to prior registration. 

• Symposium Banquet on Thursday, July 6
  Venue: Hermitage Gantois, Lille 

Founded in 1462, it was a hospice until 1995. From time immemorial, it has welcomed the elderly and sick of the Lille region, and the hospice building bears witness to this history. Entirely restored, it is now one of the most prestigious venue in the region. The old chapel, the hospice room and the grand salon will be the venue for a regional and tastefull dinner. 

Located in the hearth of Lille, the Hermitage Gantois is at a short 10 minutes walk from the Symposium Venue, and from the city centre. 

The participation to the Banquet is optional, and requires prior registration as well as a contribution of 70,00€ per participant. Please register for the banquet during your on-line registration. Persons willing to attend the Banquet, but who are not registered for the symposium either as scientific delegate or as accompanying person, will be charged a fee of 90,00€.
